Vehicle Warranty
Your RIVOT electric scooter is covered against eligible defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period applicable to your model.
Coverage may include:
- Motor
- Motor Controller
- Eligible Electronic Components
- Eligible Electrical Systems
- Other components specifically covered under the RIVOT warranty policy

Battery Warranty

Charger Warranty

What's Covered?
- Eligible manufacturing defects
- Eligible motor defects
- Eligible motor controller defects

What's Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidents or misuse
- Improper maintenance
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Use of unauthorized parts or accessories
- Improper charging
- Physical damage
- Environmental or external damage
- Improper storage or neglect
- Racing, competition or unintended use
- Tampering with the battery, warranty seals or vehicle identification
- Consumables and normal service items
- Tyres, brake pads and other wear-and-tear components unless specifically covered
Keep Your Warranty Valid
To maintain warranty eligibility:
- Follow the recommended service schedule.
- Use approved parts and accessories.
- Follow the charging instructions provided in the owner's manual.
- Avoid unauthorized modifications to the vehicle.
- Do not tamper with the battery or vehicle identification.
- Get eligible repairs and servicing performed through RIVOT-authorized service channels.
- Operate and maintain the vehicle according to RIVOT guidelines.
Warranty Claim Process
- Report the Issue: Contact RIVOT support or an authorized RIVOT service centre and explain the problem.
- Vehicle Inspection: The vehicle or affected component may be inspected to identify the cause of the issue.
- Warranty Verification: The service team will verify vehicle information, service history and warranty eligibility.
- Repair or Replacement: If the claim is approved, the eligible component may be repaired or replaced according to the applicable RIVOT warranty terms.
Warranty Limitations
Parts repaired or replaced under warranty may remain covered only for the applicable remaining warranty period.
Warranty coverage does not generally include indirect or consequential losses resulting from vehicle downtime or component failure.
Warranty eligibility is subject to compliance with the applicable RIVOT warranty terms and recommended vehicle maintenance requirements.
